PARKING VIOLATIONS

If you receive a parking violation from Park A-Basin, you can pay for it through the following options:

Initial violations are $100 with a $50 discount if paid within 10 days. Subsequent violations are $200 with a $100 discount if paid within 10 days. Further violations could lead to season pass suspension and tow.

As A-Basin's parking operator, Park A-Basin has the authority to issue violations and collect violation fees on behalf of Park A-Basin.

Disputing a Parking Violation

If you were issued a parking violation by Park A-Basin and would like to dispute it, your dispute must be made in writing within 10 days of the violation date.

Disputes will not be handled in person or over the phone.
